Colin Barnett worked in retail, managing stores for many years before becoming a driving instructor. He moved to work in a mobility centre as a driving adviser in Birmingham, initially in the NHS in 1998 and was responsible for the Regional Driving Assessment Centre (RDAC) becoming a charity. Colin is now CEO of RDAC and currently the Chair of Driving Mobility.
