Jonathan Goodwin, 44 from Potters Bar, is a retired escapologist and stunt performer who has been able to drive again following a life-changing accident through the support of Herts Ability, a Driving Mobility Centre.

The charity Driving Mobility, which co-ordinates a network of driving and equipment assessment centres, will be demonstrating its unique range of services at Motability’s The Big Event.

With support from the Department for Transport (DfT), Driving Mobility is successfully providing its free training scheme for powered wheelchair and mobility scooter (PWMS) retailers and hirers which aims to improve road safety for all. 

Driving Mobility, the charity that coordinates ‘fitness to drive’ and mobility equipment assessment centres for the Department for Transport, will be offering OT-led CPD seminars on its exhibition stand at the OT Show – A50, NEC, 22–23 November 2023.
