CEO, Herts Ability
Sean began training as an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) shortly after turning 21 and completed the training before his next birthday. This opened up the opportunity to be a valued specialist Driving Advisor for 10 years at Hertfordshire Action on Disability (HAD), now known as Herts Ability. Sean was integral to developing and enhancing services whilst establishing new satellite centres in Dunstable, Yiewsley and Watford. In 2017 he successfully applied for the vacancy of Driving Centre Manager and was subsequently promoted to CEO of Herts Ability in 2020. With his extensive knowledge of assisted driving, Sean provides informed opinions to benefit Driving Mobility as a whole.
