Due to the large number of people an ADI will typically train, at some point they will
undoubtedly come into contact with students who require a different approach to instruction due
to their physical or learning needs.
This course will familiarise you with this huge topic in driver training, making you feel more prepared
when teaching a driver with diverse needs.
We will take a look at driving and learning to drive with a range of disabilities and conditions. By
sharing knowledge, information and strategies, this course will enable you to help
students with specific needs to learn to drive, acquire a licence, and to help full licence holders
who may have suffered an injury or illness that means a change to how they drive.
